Position Overview:
Blue Boulder Health, along with our sister company SageBrush is recruiting for our well funded nationwide, multi-specialty healthcare team. We are hiring for Rheumatologist MD/DO positions nationwide. Sagebrush operates 10 specialty practices, with a focus on Rheumatology and Neurology, with nearly 30 practitioners under its umbrella in Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Connecticut and South Carolina.
We are seeking experienced rheumatologists, with history of highly positive patient interactions and experience (or willingness to learn) treating patients in an efficient private practice setting.
We offer some of the best available work-life balance and flexible schedule options (3 or 4 day workweeks; 1 week on 1 week off etc), and will staff competent, dedicated Scribes, Medical Assistants and administrative staff to assist with your work, while allowing you significant say in how you operate your clinic. Compensation is generous, with both a highly competitive base and significant productivity bonuses.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of post-fellowship experience in rheumatology and be passionate about providing high-quality care to patients with various rheumatologic disorders. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments and examinations of patients with rheumatologic disorders; develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
Interpret laboratory results and imaging studies; diagnose and manage complex autoimmune and inflammatory conditions; Oversee injections and other rheumatologic procedures.
Contribute to practice development initiatives and marketing efforts
Participate in ongoing research and clinical trials
Mentor and lead new team members as the practice expands
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board certified or board eligible in Rheumatology
Eligible for / active medical license in the state of Utah
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in particular with patients
Strong diagnostic and clinical skills; experience with electronic medical records systems
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong patient and physician interaction soft-skills / bedside manner
Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in practice growth
Leadership experience or potential
Familiarity with clinical research trial participation
